Her professional journey has been enriched while working with esteemed organisations such as Veritas, Oracle, Aquapharm Chemicals, and more where she delivered diverse projects of Organisational and Employee Development as HR leader and professional. While being associated with Pragati Leadership Pvt Ltd, earlier in her career she has delivered various training programmes and has had a privilege of consulting a diverse spectrum of professionals spanning various industries and hierarchical levels. Notable among them are Pubmatic, Godrej, ICICI Prudential, Wartsila, and WNS.
She has authored and published a book titled “Mirrored Monologues,” a powerful tool for self- exploration and personal growth.
As a coach Neena is known to use cutting-edge instructional design methods and a
rich toolkit that includes case studies and personal profiling tools along with principles of Positive Psychology and Solutions Focused approach.
Neena enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and recently has taken up a bit of gardening. She lives in the UK but uses latest technology to work with clients outside of the UK.
