Dipti Divekar

Dipti is driven by one clear purpose: helping people achieve their goals and getting the job done, while feeling truly confident and, most importantly, comfortable.

Comfortable in their skin, in any situation, and with anyone they meet. She believes real growth happens when people feel safe enough to be themselves and strong enough to take bold steps forward.

Known for driving outcomes with quiet tenacity, Dipti brings a calm, focused presence to her work. She thrives on seeing people move from stuck to soaring, not just hitting milestones, and doing it in a way that feels right for them.

Outside of coaching, Dipti loves to read, play piano and swim, and is a big believer in giving back. She actively supports animal shelters by raising funds, creating awareness and running donation drives. Her favorite getaway is always the beach – her absolute happy place is swimming in the sea with her daughter Anya – but nothing beats coming home to her Labradors, Missy and Joey, who make every day lighter and brighter.

She started coaching because of the disconnect between the excellent level of technical expertise and skills she sees, and how the same people struggle with getting themselves out there, traveling for work, public speaking and negotiating across a meeting table. She saw that real change doesn’t happen in a one-size-fits-all setting. It happens when people feel seen, heard and supported and that’s exactly what she sets out to do every day.
