Ajit is a former Banker and Sales Leader, with over two decades of global experience in India and the Middle East (Dubai-UAE, Muscat-Oman).

He was instrumental in building new business initiatives in the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) lending space, with reputed banks like Axis Bank and Yes Bank in India and Rak Bank in the UAE. His last corporate assignment was with Yes Bank, where as part of Senior Management, he led Channel Sales for a business portfolio of around INR 200 billion.

Shaped by his global experience, Ajit’s cultural sensitivity equips him to connect effectively as a Coach, with professionals across cultures and work environments, helping them explore fresh perspectives and achieve meaningful change. He has coached mid to senior leaders across functions employed with leading organisations including Crisil, John Deere, Citibank, EY Parthenon, Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T and L&T SuFin.
