His deep corporate experience is evident in the coaching process, creating an effective developmental framework for his clients across India, Europe, US, Canada and SE Asia.

During Covid pandemic , he played a pivotal role, as the CHRO of Rivaara Labs, in setting up numerous Covid-19 diagnostic labs and kit manufacturing unit across the length and breadth of the country, resulting in a strong social impact.
Currently, he works with senior leaders helping them navigate career transitions, stakeholder complexity, and high-stakes decisions. Satyam is known for combining deep listening with constructive challenge—helping leaders access clarity, align with their purpose, and lead with their own originality. He finds coaching as a way to unlock deeper personal shifts amongst leaders.
Outside of coaching, Satyam finds renewal in the sea—whether swimming in open waters or snorkeling. He is equally passionate about music, contemplative practices, and understanding human behavior.
