How Ruchika started coaching because of the passion she has for enabling people.
Throughout her career of 17 years, as a Learning and Development Professional and as an Operations Manager previously, Ruchika says she always enjoyed working with clients and colleagues to discover and create the best ways of moving forward to achieve results which work. For Ruchika, it is a wonderfully rewarding thing to do.
Her coaching assignments give her an opportunity to enable people to create change through learning and help them to “Be more, do more, achieve more and above all contribute more” by making clearer judgments about situations, learning more from experiences, making better choices and implementing more effective decisions or actions.
Coaching allows her to make a valuable contribution to the process of helping people to experience life the way they want to experience it.
